Please include detailed information in your enquiry about your event date, number of guests, location and dietary requirements.

The following policies apply to all orders:

• 50% non-refundable deposit required at booking to confirm your order, with payment required in full 7 days prior
• Any changes to design or flavour are required at least 7 days prior to your event
• For any cancellations, you may receive credit towards your next order (valid for 6 months)
• I do not operate a gluten-free certified kitchen. There may be traces of dairy, nuts, egg, milk and other allergens
• Allow cakes to come to room temperature before serving. Remove all flowers or inedible decorations before serving
• Pickup only from Brighton East (Saturday or Sunday 10am-12pm or 3pm-5pm) or for larger events/weddings I am happy to provide a quote for delivery fee the day before the event or on the day of the event. I do not use external courier services.
